Full Membership Program

Membership is $120.00 per month or paid annually ($1300.00).

Memberships are valid January 1 through December 31 and will be pro-rated accordingly if entered into during the year.  Memberships paid annually.

Each member will be issued a membership number and membership card.

Each invitation for membership is extended directly to one individual and shall only include that individual and his or her immediate family as follow:  The membership shall include the member, the member's spouse, unmarried, dependent children who have not reached their 25th birthday, and parent or parents living in the home of the member.  No membershipshall be transferable.  Any person holding full membership is entitled to the use of all facilities, rights, and privileges of the Dothan National Golf Club & Hotel.

DUES, FEES AND MONTHLY ACCOUNTS

Initiation fees are due at time of enrollment as are Pool Membership dues.  Full Membership or Pool dues may be paid annually on a discounted basis or monthly per the billing schedule.

Billing statements will be issued on the 25th of each month with all fees and charges due and payable by the 10th of the following month.  Each billing cycle will include charges made in the Golf Shop, Hotel, restaurant, or lounge since the previous billing and the charge for dues for the upcoming month.  Accounts not paid within 30 days of the last billing may be subject to service charges.  Management may take any action it may deem appropriate to assist in the collection of member accounts.  Membership privileges will be canceled on any delinquent account 90 days past due.

GENERAL RULES

1.  Charge Tickets:  Member and Hotel Guests making charges for golf, restaurant, or lounge must sign the sales ticket and clearly indicate their account number.

2.  Guests:  Guests are permitted.  Anyone who wishes to play here regularly may become a member, paying the applicable initiation fees and dues.

3.  Children:  For safety reasons, children 14 years of age and under are not to be out on the property without a parent, or other responsible adult, present.  Parents must assume the responsibility of children's behavior while on the club premises.  Members are responsible for indebtedness incurred by their children while they are using the facilities of the club.  Children must be at least 16 years of age to drive any golf cart (owned, leased, or rented) on our premises.

4.  Damages:  Any member or guest who willfully damages furniture or other club property may incur costs of repairs or replacement.

5.  Pets:  Pets of members and guests must be on a leash and are allowed only in designated areas, which do not include any public areas such as the driving range, golf course, patios, or swimming area.

6.  Dress:  Informal attire is permitted in the lounge, restaurant, and locker rooms.  Swimming attire is permitted only in the pool area, locker rooms, and spa.  Proper golf attire must be worn on the golf course, driving range, and putting green at all times.

7.  Food & Beverage:  All food and beverage consumed in public areas must be purchased from Marco's Restaurant and Lounge.   Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises at any time for consumption in public areas.

8.  Tobacco:  Smoking is permitted in most areas unless otherwise posted.  Please be courteous with your butts and chew.  Remember that cigarette butts are not biodegradable and destroy the landscape.  Flowerpots and the sand buckets on the carts are not ashtrays or spittoons.  The sand is there to repair your divots.
